Grant Cardone, 10x Grant Properties’s Founder and CEO, formed 10x Grant Properties to provide everyday investors access to institutional-grade real estate investments that are normally reserved for large, institutional investors. Mr. Cardone has been investing in multifamily real estate for over 35 years. Since inception in 2016, 10x Grant Properties has invested more than $1.5 billion of equity and aggregated a $5 billion real estate portfolio comprising 14,000+ multifamily units and two office properties containing more than 500,000 square feet. Mr. Cardone, who owns 100% of 10x Grant Properties, has assembled a strong team of executives who oversee the company’s daily operations. In addition to having built 10x Grant Properties, Mr. Cardone also is known as a New York Times bestselling author, the #1 Business Expert and Coach in the world, and an internationally renowned speaker on Business, Entrepreneurship, Real Estate Investing, Social Media, and Personal Finance.

Andres Fischborn is the Director of Investor Relations at 10x Grant Properties, he has been a core member of the team since 2019. Over his 7-year tenure, Andres has played a key role in supporting the firm’s capital-raising efforts, investor communications, and day-to-day operations leading the investor relations department.

Andres has contributed to 10x Grant Properties’s broader mission to democratize access to institutional-grade real estate. During his time with the firm, 10x Grant Properties has raised over $1.6 billion from nearly 20,000 investors across its real estate funds.

Known for his commitment to investor experience and compliance, Andres helps ensure clear communication and consistent support throughout the investment process.

Prior to joining 10x Grant Properties, he was a financial services representative at MassMutual. Andres holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.

Chief Operating Officer

Since joining 10x Grant Properties as Chief Operating Officer, Jim has worked closely with Messrs. Cardone and Tseko on new fund launches and transaction execution while overseeing the firm’s portfolio management and accounting/financial reporting functions. Throughout his career, Jim has acquired, structured and asset managed over $10 billion of real estate investments including 50,000 multifamily units located throughout the United States. Jim has deep experience building and leading teams as well as creating and implementing business plans that maximize asset values and investor returns.

Prior to joining 10x Grant Properties, Jim co-led the investment and asset management activities of a private REIT that owned approximately 20,000 multifamily units. Jim also has served as Chief Operating Officer of a multifamily owner/operator that self-managed its 8,000-unit portfolio and, earlier in his career, Jim spent seven years as a Managing Director at Square Mile Capital Management (now known as Affinius Capital).

Jim holds a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
